Don’t worry i’m not dead!!

Sorry, I have not posted an entry in awhile , I’ve been caught up with school and life , however , I am going to add new entries very soon!
but first let me make you guys aware of a wonderful IBD awareness effort being preformed by an amazing activities, Ryan Stevens, Ryan is an American living with IBD (Crohn’s disease) He will be attempting to swim across Lake Erie this Saturday, August 23! “weather permitting”.

By swimming nearly 40 kilometres !! across Lake Erie **AKA farther then I am able to swim** (something only 17 others have accomplished to date) **awesome** Ryan hopes to inspire others living with IBD while raising awareness of this condition.

If he completes it, he will become the first person with Crohn’s disease to swim from Long Point, Ontario to Freeport Beach in Pennsylvania.
Ryan is also an active blogger like Myself and some of you guys. We can track Ryan’s swim on Twitter with the hashtag #XErie4IBD, and the last 30 minutes of his swim will stream live on his blog, CrohnsGuy.com. **awesome**
